Hi All,

What will be the nature of the professional activity being carried out  by a  doctor who is working as surgeon in Fortis hospital

will it come under the Professional --> Others 

or 

will it come under health care ---> superspeciality hospital or Nursing home

it depends under which section Fortis hospital deduct TDS... if they deduct under 194J then you have to disclose as professional or if under 192, then as salary
