It is revenue expenditure...it is of recurring in nature.

then what is the purpose of investment,
unless it provided in moa how can company can invest or purchase the shares !

and if moa supports this the entire amount should become investment made by the company in another company and it is neither revenue nor capital expenditures it will become the investment only.
