Can I apply for a same name after it got rejected by MCA??

Name got rejected due to query raised, now I have resolved that but name is already rejected.

so can I make a fresh application with the same name and with the corrected document ? Is there any other way out ?? because I want that same name only, as I have trademark registered (on the name of firm).
