I have filled RUN form for our proposed subsidiary with BR giving NOC to use parent company name and main object (logistics) .. But they rejected the proposed name on basis of rule 8(2)(b)(xiii)&(a) (ii).... Please guide me should go for resubmission or change proposed name

They say our company object is financial they need declaration but our company in pure logistics and I attach BR giving NOC to use parent company name
READ YOUR ARTICE OF PARENT COMPANY , AND BALANCE SHEET OF YOUR PARENT COMPANY, THERE MUST BE SOME TRANSACTION LIKE THIS , THAT MCA INDICATING
OK but my parent company is purely logistics.
