Hii every one, Kindly let me know if Kartha dies in a HUF, another person in the family will be acting as Kartha later on..
In such case what will be the name of the HUF if it was in the name of the deceased person and kindly let me know weather the PAN no. will change later on.. or only name in itself

What is the procedure to change the name
no change untill any member "co pancer of the HUF is alive", but it can be dissolved and partitioned between the balance members.
