My client name is suresh & his propriotership business name vinayak ent. I have to do registration for service tax number. What is the name of assessee suresh or Vinayak ent? . I have to find range so with which letter I should find S or V??

If you have Shop Establishment license in the name of Vinayak Enterprise, along with current account of establishment, you can register in the prop. firm's name.
