Whether is it mandatory to have the business activity reflecting in case of name of a public limited company also?
For eg. Can one keep the name of the public limited company as:
'Unique Name' Ltd.

I think Company can keep its name of choice unless and until it is available with ROC. Else there is no such boundation in companies Act.
