Name mismatch in firc and shipping bill

Name of Remitter was not mentioned in shipping bill but the same was mentioned in our export invoice. We had mentioned two names in our invoice one is notify party and one is remitter, but same was not mentioned in Shipping bill of Customs. Now the bank is not accepting the documents for filling of BRC. I had also obtained a letter from the remitter that is is the director of the Consignee company, please suggest what to do to file FIRC shipping bill is of date Oct 2013
