Name in directors in inc 1
A company has three shareholders and three directors. However While applying for name DIN of only two directors was received.So While applying in INC 1 we gave details only of two dorectors. Now We have received DIN of third director also. Can we show all the three directors in MOA and AOA?? Or should I wait for commpany incorporation to complete and then admit the third person as a director?

You can directly show all three member as directors in MOA & AOA.
The system will demand the NOC from teh existing directors that they have no objection for entering the name of 3rd and that hasto be attached to Form INC-1, And then the names of 3rd directors can be added in the MOA AOA subsiquently
