Name Error in PAN database

I am getting error in name while filing ITR for current assessment year. Showing name entered in PAN database not matching with ITR name after rectify also. Please how to resolve this issue

Please complete your profile 100% on it portal. and then try. sometimes this works.

You had mentioned after rectify also. The name in PAN and Portal in your Profile is it the same?
