Dear Sir,

First of all give your resignation letter addressed to the Board of Directors of the company with effective date of your termination of service as director and specifically request the company to file eform 32 with ROC. As your name is deleted from MCA site, it means the Company has already filed eform 32 for your cessation as director. Kindly ask the Company for copy of e-form 32 and Challan for the same. This will ensure removal of your name as director of that Company from ROC records and therefore you will not be liable for any act or decision taken by the Company w.e.f. your termination of service.

Further DIN - Director Identification Number is unique identification No. allotted to the person who is intending to become director of any Comapny. DIN is not diactivated on resignation of Director from one Company. You can use this DIN for appointment as Director in any other Company too. Thus, Once DIN is allotted it will not be taken back by ROC nor the same DIN will be allotted to any other person.

                       First of all I wud like to thank you for your kind reply. Secondly, No.. I didn't signed resignation letter as Director. I am marked quit from the company as they told me to wait for some days and not come to office then they marked those days as absent and marked quit from the job.

                                           I don't want to resign from the company. They have forced me out by marking QUIT in the job. My case is already subjudice in civil court.

Dnt loose your heart. No one can quit you from company without your consent.

Here is the solution to your problem-

First of all you should search documents of your company on MCA portal on below link -

https://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/MyMCALogin.do?method=setDefaultProperty&mode=12

and download form 32 filed by the company for your resignation and see therein what is the reason of your cessation as director mentioned in the form 32 (is that resignation given by you or disqulification as director etc.)

After that there is form available on MCA portal for Form for filing complaint(s) against the company which is filed by director when Director aggrieved by his cessation in the company. This form is attached herewith.
