We have registered a Pvt Ltd company with two Directors.One of the director's name is incorrctly appeared in DIN, MOA and AOA. Now we would like to correct the name. Is that possible?f yes, whats the procedure to change the name?

For Correction in DIN, file form DIN 4 along with necessary proof for name.
In my opinion there is no need to change the MOA and AOA.
You have 2 options either transfer the shares in the new name by way of executing transfer deed in the new name (you must have PAN in the new name).
Otherwise, exeucte an affidavit that both names are same and change the name in the records.
The register of members would be corrected in this behalf.

We approached one bank for working capital and machinery, The bankers asked MOA & AOA copies.
There they found name discrepancy between the director's name in current A/C and the name in DIN, MOA & AOA copies. They questioned about this discrepancy.
Will this be a problem in getting bank loan and getting subsidy etc in future.

Generally, it would not create any problem. The name of Director is checked from form 32.
For directorship details, give to the bank, list of directors supported by Form 32 for each director or DIN-3 and confirmation obtained from MCA when form DIN 4 is approved.
