Name change
in case of change of name. after form INC 1, we need to file MGT 14 for that. My query is whether in MOA and AOA , new name will appear or old name as approval og central govt is left. so without approval can we alter MOA and AOA by new name.

MGT-14 will file after approval of Name in INC-1. so in MGT-14 MOA & AOA will file with New Name.
THANKS SIR.ONE MORE QUERY IS THERE IN THE SAME MGT 14 CAN WE ADOPT ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION AS PER NEW COMPANIES ACT, 2013. AND WE HAVE TO ALTER THE OBJECT CLAUSE ALSO. SO CAN WE ALTER THE MOA AS PER NEW COMPANIES ACT, 2013.
