How can i Change the name in incometax portal database...Edit button of my profile page is not allowing me to edit the name...My pan card shows the correct name but my pan database and portal database shows old name and how to change the same.

You must file PAN Correction application.

Name printed on the PAN card need not be same as that of the name appearing in IT Website.

PAN application has two names

Full Name
Name to be printed on the PAN Card
