The Ministry of Corporate Affairs wide its notification dated 14/07/2011 has made following changes for Name Availability :
Fee for form 1A has been increased to 1000/-.
The applicant shall be given upto 2 opportunity for the resubmission of the form against the fees paid in the first instance.
Professionals can also certify form 1A, in case the form has been certified by the professional the form shall be processed and examined electronically and name will be approved online
The above shall come into force w.e.f. 24/07/2011.
