the authorised capital must be one crore if the word WORLD is used

Thanks a lot we are using world as our middle name, so authorised capital will be 50 lacs.

Name Availability Rules 2011 is effective and actions with regard to the same have also been taken with regard to the same w.r.t. Form 1A.

It implies that use of the word (WORLD) in a Company's name would require the authorised share capital to be 2crores.
