Name availability for a company

I m working with the Getwell Pharmaceuticals (1985) a proprietorship concern and we have also a co. Getwell oncology Pvt ltd (2010) now we want to merge both the entites to form a new co. Getwell Pharmaceuticals India Pvt ltd. Recently we applied to Roc with this new name (Getwell Pharmaceuticals India Pvt ltd) butROC refused to this name by the reason that this name is closely resemble to the Getwell Pharmaceuticals pvt ltd (1997 Uttar Pradesh). my question is that can we get the name of Getwell Pharmaceuticals India Pvt ltd by any means.
