I want to know whether there is condition to maintain Rs.1 crore
if One chooses the word "INDUSTRIES "in her proposed company name

Yes as per naming guidelines provided by MCA when the company propose to include industries in its name then it should maintain authorised capital of Rs.1 crore

To use the word 'Industries' in the name of the Company, the Company should have an Authorized Share Cpital of Rs. 5 Crores. Please refer the attached name Availability Rules for your reference.

This notification has been supercessed by Circular no 45 issued in 2011 and the same is active which is attached with Form-1A.

Dear Neha,
The above attached file are Rules and not a notification. Also in the circular no. 45 passed on 8/7/2011, there is no change/amendment mentioned for 'capital requirement for certain wordings in name of company' which has been provided in the Name Availability Guidelines.
So in my opinion, for the word 'Industries' will require an Authorized Capital of Rs. 5 Crores.

I have a query about name availability three days back i applied form 1A in the name of PRESTIGE IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED'
BUT THEY ARE NOT APPROVED EVEN I HAVE CHECKED NAME AVAILBILITY PORTAL I COULD NOT FOUND ANY NAME WHICH LINKS TO THIS NAME
