iam stuck with name availability for a new company.the name i wanted is a registered trademark. but the client is very stick to that name.he wanted that name because its being his daughters name.though the trademark is registered, mca has aproved the same name for a company a 4 months back.there are many companies with that name.the name is moksha.
i have no problem if need to add any suffix.but not prefix.
is there is any way out. fee is not a matter at all.
is there is any option like NOC.If yes.how can get it, as the TM registered owner is from nagpur,haryana and thane and am from hyderabad.
find me a way out.
