I think you should call ROC for seeking advise and help

OTHER OPTION IS

Leave the form 1A you filed earlier. The name you selected will be available for six month. After that the form 1A will be ineffective. Name is available only  for a period of six months. 

File the form 1A again now with different company name and continue with that name. After six months apply for name change of your co. and opt earlier name. By the time the earlier form 1A will be ineffective and you will get the name you desire.
