I HAVE APPLIED FOR INCORPORATION OF A NEW COMPANY.

THE PROPOSED NAME OF THE COMPANY " XCELLENT APPLIANCES PRIVATE LIMITED'

THE TIME OF UPLOADING THE SAME I HAVE CHECK AND MAKE SURE THERE IS NO ONE IN SAME NAME.

BUT THE CONCERN ROC OFFICIAL HAS RECURRINGLY DENIED TO APPROVE THE SAME .

THE MASSAGE GIVEN ----

This is to inform you that in term of the provisions under Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulations, 1956, the above-cited Form1A dated 27-08-2012 filed vide SRN B56215833 has been examined and marked as Sent for resubmission with the following remarks-
2255747 class 7 "EXCELLENT" EXCELLENT ENGINEERING INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD. W-76, M.I.D.C. IND AREA, KUPWAD, SANGLI-416436 Formalities Chk Pass

Dear Nirmal,

May be there is any other Company named EXCELLENT and thats why ROC is not approving the same coz... if the ROC thinks it to be mathing to other name, he can ask u to reaply the same.

The pronounciation of the word "Xcellent" and "Excellent" is same so as per the RoC the same is not available to you as they both sound similar.

The said name "Xcellent" resemble the name which is registered in the trademark. The registered trademark details is given below
