Hi
I have applied a name for private Limited incorporation but they have put it a "required resubmission" reason that
"name is genara" what is that mean. What should i do? they have given 30 days time.

It means name is general and already registered. Kindly check on site whether the name which apply is avalible or not.

this reply means u have give a clear significance of the name of the company. Significance means reasons of selecting that name.
