One of my client and his brother going to form a company, there are three persons to act as promoters and shareholders of the company. Now the DIN for the two members is obtained, the another member DIN is in process.
1.Can i go name approval with the two available members DIN?
2.On presenting MOA and AOA , shall i add another member as a shareholder with the existing two members?
Kindly clarify those issues.

For incorporating new company, it is required to file Form 1A to the ROC with details as reuired by such Form.
If you are incorporating a new company and you want to have three shareholder, if one of them don't have DIN in such case you can fill PAN in place of DIN of such promoter.
DIN is mandatory in which, you intended to introduce such promoter as first director and subscriber of MOA & AOA both.
