CAN WE CHANGE OUR NAME & TYPE OF BUIESNESS AFTER THE INCOREPTION OF OUR PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY ?

Yes.. It can be changed by filing required forms with ROC and altering the object clause in Memorandum of Association of the Company
