My result of verification received

I have received result of verification of nov 2013 papers and it is marks not revised. I have applied for certified copies also. I have received marks very less from my expectation. [I mean if I have tallied balance sheet then how it can be that my sum is wrong. May be steps may have been wrong then atleast right steps may have got marks nah? Now my query is, after receiving certified copies, can i claim marks on steps if not provided by institute? Please give full details about how can i do that?
