My profile percentage is showing ZERO, what to do?

I have opend two new profile in newly launched efiling website. I have entered PAN, DOB, Name, Email, Mobile, address etc. and mobile w8th email verification was completed. Now when I resign showing profile percentage is zero in contact and address. but if i check in profile there is everything. with zero percentage of profile how can i file...please suggest. I just want to file ITR 1 and ITR 4.
