My Prinicipal Demands 15000/- for my transfer

Please i really need help

It is against code of ethics. You request to u r boss, if he does not listen u r words tell to u r boss, this is aginst code of ethics, i will complaint to institue.

No other way buddy ---- Either pay up or approach ICAI. If you approach ICAI make sure you have your records (audit diaries) straight. Your principal can simply shift the blame onto you saying that you were irregular and did not adhere to office rules. My advice is to go to your principal. swallow your pride and BEG with him to let you go. If necessary CRY!!!!! fall at his feet. There is no other go. Else, pay up. Also remember if you approach ICAI, you must be prepared for a small to medium break in your articleship. If your principal is so bad and full of vengeance, Be prepared to sit at home for a year atleast. Another option is to bite your teeth and somehow complete articleship.....

The thing you can do now is just go to your employer and ask him to please provide you with leaves, and please do not talk rubbishly as all depends on him to sign your certificate so be careful. all your training will be lost. take steps very carefully. 
 

IS YOUR PRINCIPAL A CA OR ROBBER OR UNDERWORLD DON - HE IS DEMANDING SO MUCH FOR A SIMPLE TRANSFER!!!!!

Hi,  your working hrs as per institute should be 41 hrs So alrady you are crossing the limit ( for ref refer rules & amendmends in feb 2008) In stipend case your claim is not weak as the stipend rule says the amount stated are minimum one & not maximum. But if you try to go legal way or make complaint( you have rights to do so)your training will be delayed & hampered.try to negotitiate with same principal.Boss has to override the rules but not for all cases.

Hey friends.. this is exactly the case in case of many article trainees.. this is only bcoz we keep quiet and dont complain to the institute. I think Roshan should complain to the Institute.

hi roshan first u have request your principal to plz giving u a transfer certificate if it doesn't agree than u have to make a formal letter in your hand writing and send that letter to our c.a. institute of delhi by a registered post / speed post , my one senior friend have also faced such same situation like u and he also have done the same procedure and getted a transfers form in a easily way .

so u don't take any tension and take my advice for removing u problem of transfer.
