DRC 01 RECEIVED TO PAY THE ITC AMOUNT CLAIMED FROM A SUPPLIER WHO FILED THEIR R1 AFTER CUT OFF DATE

Firstly check whether 3B filed on time or not. If 3B filed on time then reply to the DRC-01 mentioning the fact.
Dear ma'am 3b also filed after cut off date...can you tell me what to reply in DRC 01
Then you have to go for appeal
