hello guys iam in a confusion again ------------ this was my life----------------- i passed my 12 in 2009 with pcm and then certain events took place in my life.....and than i come to know abt -------- ca------ i thought engg sucksssssssssssssssssss --- and realised this field of ca was something i always wanted to do----------------- at present i always face problems in a/c but its all right --------- at present i passed my cpt exams with 131 marks ......... now the question comes into play----------------- i dont know a single word abt company accounts now in ipcc iam suffering plss suggest me some tips to read company accounts ------ whether i should go for 12 a/c books or not!!!!!!!!!!!!!plzzzzzzz its very urgent !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! plz help me !!!!!!!!!!!!plzzz!!!!!!!!!!

I appreciate your eagerness to learn . Keep it up!! Company A/cs is very vital for CA engaged in corporate sector. Its very easy to learn, provided you learn it conceptually.
When you study, analyse and visualize the subject matter. Raise queries to yourself. As far as book is concerned, I would say go for P.C.Tulsian. Its good for self study. You can learn conceptually provided you learn it with reasoning.
Any help in relation to concepts, you can drop me a message. By the way you are from which place.??
Some Guidelines:---
1-- Have an interest to learn( which you already have).
2---Be well versed with Accounting Concepts, Assumptions and Principles.
3--- Have a good analytical ability for Journal entries. This can be achieved by understanding the reason of passing the entry.
4-- Practice more and more.
5--- Be well versed with certain sections of Company Law applicable in Accountancy like Sec.78, 79 etc...
