I run a website from India with a CCAvenue payment gateway.
My Customers are NRIs who are in USA. They pay me in US Dollars.
They buy greeting cards and other stuff from my website to be delivered to their families and friends in India.
Do I need to pay any service tax?

Any taxable serve shall be treated as export of service when such service is delivered outside India and payment for such service provided outside India is received by the service provider in convertible foreign exchange. In your case service tax will be applicable because service provide in India.
