My Challan Status is  "FULLY CONSUMED" , yet I am not able to place a request for Form16B

Hi 

I am not able to request download for form16B on traces for one of my TDS payments . This is not the first time ,yet I am facing issue this time.

The Challan Status is "FULLY CONSUMED" . 

When I try to place request for download it says "no data available"

  1. Form 16B should be downloaded within 15 days from the form 16QB filing date.
  2. You can file complaint if all other things are in order.  contact:: https://contents.tdscpc.gov.in/en/contactus.html
