Dear Sir/Madam
My question is my turnover is around around 9 crore in year 2007-2008, my last year MVAT refund is around 4,00,000/-. can i carry forward my 07-08 refund to next year return. if yes then what are the procedures related with refund carry forward and any circular related with this procedure

AFAIK you have to submit Form 501 for Application for refund under section 51of the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002
