Mvat rate for beer
I want to know the mvat rate applicable for Wine and beer for the period FY 2015-16. Is there any changes in rate during the whole financial year. Kindly let me know. Thanks in advance

I am a bit confused with whether wine or beer comes under country liquor.
However, I think its not the case and so, wine and beer should have VAT rate of 40% wef 01.01.2014 under clause 3A under schedule D.
