A client who pays monthly xerox bills to a shop. The bill charged is including 5% vat on xerox amount. so i want to know that is VAT chargeable on xerox, at what rate and what provision or section is apllicable.
The shop owner tells that since he is selling the paper on which Vat has been charged, in the form of xerox, Vat is applicable.
