Mvat form 231 table 2 eligible for 704 & annexure j1,j2

Hello

I have started new trading firm in december 2012. I have filed first return in janyrry. I have filed my second/last/annual return in april 2013 and paid my mvat tax online.

In my form 231 under line no. 7, the table no 2 under the tiltle eligible for 704 i have filled up yes. I could able to upload and got acknowledgement for my form.

My turnover for entire year was rs. 3.5 lakhs and i have paid the vat of Rs. 6930.

I have not uploaded annexure j1 and j2

Is there any need to upload the same. should i have to file the revised return.

pl help.
