HAs anyone e filed mvat returns for the FY 2016-17.?

Even I would like to know. I have generated TEXT file using new template but where are we supposed to upload it?

As per the website mahavat.gov.in, 

 "Facility to upload e-returns for the period from April 2016 onwards will be made available shortly".

 So we will have to wait till they notify the new form and the upload link on the website.
