A salaried person invest in mutual fund and share regularly. Can he show his investment in ITR? If he not show then any problem will arise later? If he want to show which ITR he has to be file?

If Salaried person have a profit or loss on sale of shares and mutual fund, than they are required to be shown as Capital Gain/loss in ITR along with Salary and other income like bank interest..

If you have a Capital Gain / Loss on sale of Shares or Mutual fund than you are required to file your IT return in form ITR 2, otherwise you can use ITR 1.
