Music teacher - which itr to be filed

Dear All,

Which ITR form to be filled for a music teacher who is giving music classes in school. As the school pay him money but with that they have deducted TDS as per 194J for the financial year 2014-15 and TDS certificate provided to him. As last year he had filed ITR-1 by mistake so now is it ok to file some other ITR???????
