Can a school to teach music be registered as an educational institute or as a proprietorship firm?

Sorry Pankaj, I had not noticed your reply. Schools in general that teach science and arts subjects are exempted, I know. But is there any reference that music schools, teaching for example keyboard, guitar, etc, I would very much appreciate your advice. Thanks in advance.
