It doesn't matter how many hours you study. what matters is your way of studying.
prepare notes or write important points in the header or footer of that munish bandari book. You can have only one day before your exam, to revise. so, prepare notes and important points in such a way you can revise total syllabus in one day. Reading the book completely and not revising before exam is not good. So, revise.
Important points and notes will save lots of time while revising.

For example, if it takes 1hour for first time reading, it will take only 15 minutes for revising next time, if you prepare notes.
adding to what c.v said, there is a well established principle in studies that dont read anything that cannot be revised... so give importance to revision... but the base is what you read in the first time... if you can spend 12 hours then that is enough for moti bhandari book... but show a little prudence to distinguish what is imp and irrelevant in the book... take last 10 chances qn paper to get the direction .. start with qn paper...

you can use tejpal sheth' book as munish sir's book always take time https://www.lionkart.com/p/corporate-and-allied-laws-by-tejpal-sheth
