Handbook not worthy, it does not contain practical illustrations/ case laws. If u knw the provisions then refer pm new edition.

Actually i would beg to differ with this opinion. Munish bhandari handbook will help you a lot and i score 74 in november attempt in law only by using munish bhandari and practice manual for imp questions.. although i dint clear in all got exemptions in law and imdirect tax.. This is what i feel since u are not totaly a newbie and have idea already of the provisions. Also u can buy the latest edition on makemydelivery.com ...thanks

There are certain topics where i agree the handbook is a little under wheling for those parts u can use the practice module..but for most off allied laws and some chapters of corporate law munish bhandari has topics that come as straightforward case study questions in the exams. ;)

Do all the companies Act 2013 i.e acc audit dir meeting since the questions are new and the chances of the same questions being asked are also high.

Those case studies given in munish bhandari is nothing but past exam questions only which u guys can see that in icai practice manual. Moreover, in munish bhandari handbook and even in main book, many sentences/ provisions are wrongly given. If u want I will show many in new edition. I have compared all such wrong sentences with icai modules only and telling. However, now u don't have time so keep handbook n pm. Complete the pm. Concentrate the wordings used in pm rather than given in munish bhandari. In authors book, important sentences are missing which may fetch u more marks.

For instance: Sec 127(dividend chapter), point 2 i, e exception...one point has been amended but the same sentence not updated in munish main book. Like this, be carefull while reading in handbook.

Ya I will Tel. Once u read in handbook, if u want to see any detail provisions then download icai modules. U get chapter wise. Its really gud. Especially, in between examples are given to understand the provisions. For the first time in icai life, icai study material is tooo good.

Do it the other way round. keep pm as your base for case studies and exam oriented questions. And use munish bhandari for definitions and other points which u find difficult to understand. Indirectly i mean pm must be done fully and mb u can do also
