Sir,TDS is deducted on fixed deposit @ 20% due to inoperative pan card but I also have another pan card which is operative and linked with aadhar.
Can get a my TDS refund?how???

Unless the deductor rectifies the TDS return with the PAN (linked to Aadhar), you cannot claim the TDS.
An assesse cannot have multiple pan card
This is an offence to keep 2 pan cards ourselves.
