Dear All,
Is it possible to setup a multi-purpose private limited company? Multi-purpose here refers to a company that can venture into various businesses / segments. If yes then what is your expert recommendation on MOA for the same?
The requirement is to have a startup incorporated with bare minimum investment. I will be glad if I can get some expert advise on this.

Appreciate your response. Request you and other forum members to please help me in formulating MOA for the same.
I am little confused as someone in the trade has mentioned that it is not posisble to have a multi-purpose pvt. ltd. company, especially with company name like "xyz consultants pvt ltd".
I hope my query is not irrelevant and / or absurd. Appreciate if any assistance be given in this regards.
