Dear All,

Our company is 100% subsidiaries of foreign company. Our company Plant & Machinery value is about 7 crores. Let me know that we are eligible to enroll in MSME and get all the benefit? Also, guide me the compliance of MSME.

thanks for your kind assistance . 100% foreign subsidiaries companies also eligible to enroll in the MSME? Now, our P&M value is 7 Cr, in future we planning to increase more than 10cr. In this case we need to file any returns to the MSME?

At present there is no other formalities to be complied like filing regular returns etc., but in future it may be imposed.

Every six months once we need to file Outstanding Payable dues for MSME vendors. How do we Filing this? Which website and what are the procedures?

If you are foreign registered company then you are not eligible for MSME registration and If you are an Indian registered company then you can easily apply for it.
