Please anyone let me know how to put the Text in the background like a watermark in EXCEL .
Whenever I prepare some draft documents I would like to have the words "DRAFT" in the background like a watermark. The words should be mildly visible in the background and I should be able to type something over them. The watermark should cover the whole of the page. How should I do that?
Please let me also know how to print / not to print the documents with the watermark.

Here is the solution for your query to print a WaterMark on Excel background Follow the following sequencewhen u are about to print a document follow the following way
file -->print --> properties --> Effects --> Watermarks --> Set your text to be appeared as WaterMark... o.k

You can only use watermark while printing the document
