IF I PURCHASE AN ITEM FROM CHINA(QUOTED FOR RS10)  AND ITS MRP IS RS.50 ON CARTON.

THEN CAN I SELL IT IN INDIA FOR RS 150?

1) how china can print in indian rupees?

2) when MRP is marked, then sale price can not exceed MRP ( maximum retail price)

MRP provision become applicable only on those who are under standard weights & measures Act. Pls refer the provisions of Sec 4A of Central Excise Act & your Query shall get solved to a great extent
