Mister TDSCPC.GOV.IN  Pleeesu listen...

While requesting for Cons.file hueser frendlee site asking for the 3 PAN deductee records within the same challan. This is quite unjustified.

To meet this condition in the last 1 weaku I chose the challan through which rent is paid and entered 1 PAN and confirming to the ? that there are no records with more than 1 PAN i downloaded the consolidatedu file and filed corr.return.

Now ssddenly ,  to thissu U added (repeat added in the last 1 weaku ) 1 more kandition in last 1 weaku that if there is a challan with more than 3 recordsu in that perticularu qarteru only that challan has to be chosen.

THIS IS REALLY GREAT HARASSMENT. Small organisations Or for that matter banks in remote areas file their TDS returns with hardly 3/4 deductees. Out of this 2 records will be of the same Depositor whose PAN No. is wrong. Now I do not understand how to place request for cons. return.  The 'Guide' provided is not easy to understand.F

Fur egzamplu 'No Challan" ...? is the meaning .

now i suggest the hueseru frendlee tdscpc. ask for the quarteru of vuch financial year we want consolidatedu returnu / justification reportu / form 16A that's all.

Then ask for the cell no. and e- mail ID . 

Send codes to these . 

If these match with the data provided at the time of registrationu then send the file. 

The security measures which you take need not be more stringent than the measures taken ta the timu offu registration.

ny hhhhhhhhhhh....axe..perience withg contactus @ tdscpc is;- In one Deductor's case the filed return contains 1-only 1 challan with only one record .(rent) + another challan with 2 wrong PANs+PANNOTAVBL. 

As I could place request for this file I sent e-mail to the "contactus @ tdscpc' attaching the acknoledgement copy + copy of the return filed in excel format.

The reply I got after 22 hours is

The reply axe-plains the capabilities of infosys to attend to the ?s put in specific.
The queries raised will always be specific.
Is n't it...?
(perhaps they must have recruits VRS/ex-employees of IT dept. who are hhh..experts in heckling  / demonstrating their level of knowledge by putting so trivial ?s as if they are utmost impoprtant.  
But when we approach with a simple request , say the status of the refund amount- .........

Coming to the issue you have listed, I believe the guide is pretty exhaustive and covers all scenarios. 

 

If you have paid only using one challan, enter the details and list the PAN and amount. If the PAN is repeating, enter it once...i guess the same thing is also followed in NSDL...

again this is responsibly irresponsible comment.

You said my language is difficult to understand.   yes I intentionally used such language PONLY TO CONVEY  I wanted to convey !!! easy the programe is to understand.

In 1 challan there are 3 records :_ 1 does not have PAN i.e. PANNOTAVBL

2 pan given but it did not match. 

Now to download the file ? options I should choose. Now you answer from the help file . copy and paste. ( NO other form of explanation is acceptable unless you accept the fact

that it conveys you really do not know "anything')

If so now must answer it.

 

From what I could gather, the screen there has an option to bypass entering of PANs if all PANs are invalid. If you have valid PANs, enter it and pass through.

 

PS. Let us not create confusion among ourselves and keep the language correct smiley

from your answer I understand that you have very very very limited exposure to the practical functioning of the site. You can support INFOSYS only when nyou have thorough knowledge OR atleast you can answer at your end. 

When you said that it is available in help menu I WANTED YOU TO COPY AND PASTE THE RELEVANT PORTION OF IT. IF YOU CAN > WELL AND GOOD. OTHERWISE .....

A RETIRED PENSIONER  WHO IS DRAWING PENSION OF RS.40,000(fORTY THOUSANDS APPROACHED ALL LVELS TO GET CORRECT FORM 16A. fINALLY TO THE CHAIRMAN OF THAT MIGHTY NATIONALISED BANK.  NOW THE CHAIRMAN OF THAT BANK HAS BECOME SO FURIOUS  AND WANTED THE ZONAL MANAGER ENQUOIRE INTO HIS CAPABILITIES AS BRANCH MANAGER as he could not answer such a simple ?. this for your smiley
