Movement of unsellable stock to other distributor

Hi,

I need to move unsellable stock to other distributor of same company. Is it possible to it? Because I don't have any transactions with the other distributor, and more over company is paying/adjusting the stock value to my credit balance. So How to raise a stock movement voucher to other distributor and raise a credit note for the same to the company.
