A of Tamil Nadu received an order from B of Kerala. Since the stocks are not available at Tamil Nadu, A Supplies goods from their Branch at Karnataka, having separate Registration. even though it is a IGST transaction, how Branch has to treat this transaction. I have suggested let the branch raise the inventory and make supply. party sticks on billing at TN. What are the consequences.

sir, think place of supply is as per 10(2)(b)
Karnataka Branch will do billing:
Bill To : Tamil Nadu
Ship To : Kerala

Tamil Nadu Branch will do billing :
Bill To : Kerala client
Despatch From : Karnataka Branch
