Hi friends! I am Anjali, a CA finalist since Nov,2012. at this time I really need motivation..pls motivate me i will tell u my CA journey.

since nov 2012 till 3 attempts i was facing big family problems. I have lost my father just before 10 days of my exam.after that i got married in may, 2014. and didnot appear for may 2014 attempt.My husband is CA and supports me a lot.but i dnt know why i am not getting marks in my exams.perhaps i am not putting my best...

Today was my result. I appeared for second group only but didnot clear and got only 135 marks.

My mother-in-law said Nov,2015 attempt is last allowed to me if i will not clear then i would choose another line.I REALLY DNT KNOW WHAT TO DO AND HOW TO PASS BOTH GROUPS IN NOV,2015 .I AM FEELING HELPLESS PLEASE MOTIVATE ME AND GIVE ME SOME TIPS TO MOVE FROM 135 MARKS IN SINGLE GROUP TO PASS BOTH GROUP IN NEXT ATTEMPT.I HAVE 3 AND HALF MONTHS ONLY.

First you need to know the cause. Is the cause your household responsibilities or time allocation?

3 important things are required to have clarity of mind -

1. Celibacy (Brahmacharya) - both physically and mentally, without this it is nearly impossible to succeed. You will get clarity, better long term memory and lucidity.This thing does wonders you would not believe.

2. Proper sleep pattern - Quality sleep for 6 hours to consolidate the data in your short term memory into your unconscious memory (long term memory).

3. Thorough revision - For Accounts, SFM, Costing, ISCA, Audit and Law; Practice manual is more than enough. For IDT and DT, if you can devote time, do study material and take notes alongwith.

5 things you don't need -

1. Motivation - The moment when you stop looking for it would be the time when you act for yourself.

2. Belief - Don't believe anything, Don't believe that you are weak and you can't do etc. just decide what you know and what you don't and then work on what you don't know.

3. Thinking - Thinking is not bad, what is bad is thinking.

4. Confidence - Erase these word i.e. over confidence, confidence or underconfidence from your dictionary. Confidence is an illusion. Face the reality.

5. Outside approval - You are a full life in yourself. You don't need anyone's approval to act. If you need the same then you are an incomplete life. You must know what you are, your mission and vision. Become a full life.

Crux is that instead of looking outside, look inside. All source of miseries are inside. Identify it and work towards it.

Can i pass both grups within a duration of 3 months???how much tym i need to study ?

Hey,

Both groups in a span of 3 months is a long shot, though not impossible. However, i would advice you to concentrate on one group for the exam. For the other, you can prepare from the practice manual and then give both groups a shot

I am doing job, took leave for 20 days only & prepared for 2nd group & Clear it & prapared 1st group for 1.5 month though unable to clear it so benefit is to give both the groups at a time ,May one of the groups may be easy & Ul get Clear & On the same time if u will appear one of the group & any paper would tough then hard to pass one group also, So thought it in ur way & take the decsion, Best of luck

hello anjali i told about your problem to my mom she felt for and told me to send you this message in her words " beta its all right but no matter what happens dont loose hope and do not quit ca. its already a big thing to reach at ca final cause my son is doing the same so i can understand your state of mind. Have patience and try giving one group at a time.dont let your hardwork go in vain make up your mind and pull your self up ALL THE BEST.
